Expresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 fluid ounce vanilla flavored vodka
  • 2 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur
  • 1 fluid ounce cream or milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, cream and crushed ice in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour into martini glass and serve

Ginger Champagne

Ingredients:

  • 3 strips pickled ginger
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 fluid ounce vodka
  • 1/2 cup champagne

Directions:

Place the ginger strips into a shaker and press to release the flavor. Add the ice cubes and vodka; shake and strain into a champagne glass. Top with champagne.

Expresso Martini

Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, crushed
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces white rum
  • 4 fluid ounces carbonated water
  • 1 sprig fresh mint, garnish

Directions:

In highball glass, stir together the confectioners sugar and lime juice. Bruise the mint leaves  and drop into glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour in rum. Pour in carbonated water to fill the glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 2 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 5 fluid ounces whiskey
  • ice cubes
  • 3 maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions:

Combine the simple syrup, lemon juice and whiskey in a shaker. Fill with ice. Cover and shake for about 30 seconds, until shaker is frosty. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a maraschino cherry. This can also be served in tumblers full of ice.
