Eggs
This is one of the tastiest ways to prepare an egg. It can be eaten for breakfast or you can even have it for lunch. This recipe can be tweaked to your liking. It’s very light and full of flavor.
ingredients

1 Egg

2 Tablespoon milk

2 tablespoon Italian seasoned bread crumb

pinch salt and black pepper

1 tablespoon of margarine
Directions:
Pre-heat skillet over medium heat, then melt margarine. Combine egg, milk, salt,black pepper, breadcrumbs then whisk until the bread crumbs has been incorporated. Pour into skillet and fry on each side for 2 minutes or to your specific liking.
